Roma 2022 European Aquatics. Media accreditation now open ITA-ENG

Da lunedì 16 maggio gli operatori della comunicazione potranno avviare la procedura online per accreditarsi alla 36esima edizione dei campionati europei delle discipline acquatiche, in programma a Roma dall'11 al 21 agosto. Le categorie di accredito media disponibili sono riservate ad agenzie di stampa, radio, fotografi, televisioni, quotidiani e riviste, siti web, ai freelance e agli uffici stampa delle federazioni delle discipline aquatiche.

La scadenza per accreditarsi è venerdì 15 luglio 2022.

I campionati europei delle discipline acquatiche tornano in Italia, e a Roma, dopo l'edizione del 1983. Lo storico impianto dello Stadio del Nuoto del Foro Italico ha ospitato anche le Olimpiadi del 1960, i campionati del mondo del 1994 e 2009 e i campionati europei juniores di nuoto del 2021.

La rassegna continentale, che ospiterà 1.500 atleti provenienti da circa 50 nazioni, metterà in palio 231 medaglie nelle 77 finali delle seguenti discipline: nuoto, nuoto sincronizzato, nuoto in acque libere, tuffi, tuffi dalle grandi altezze.

La RAI, host broadcaster dell'evento, offrirà oltre 100 ore di produzione per la diretta televisiva e streaming di ogni gara, cui si aggiungeranno molteplici servizi di approfondimento per i 200 milioni di telespettatori stimati.

Roma 2022 ha predisposto per i media accreditati tre alberghi riservati di categoria 3 e 4 stelle posizionati tra i 5 e i 10 km dalle venues di gara. Sarà possibile prenotare camere singole, doppie, triple con trattamento di bed & breakfast, mezza pensione o pensione completa. Prenotando solo attraverso il canale ufficiale potrai usufruire gratuitamente dei transfer dall’albergo agli impianti e viceversa.

From Monday, 16 May, media operators will be able to start the online procedure for accreditation to the 36th edition of the European Aquatics Championships, scheduled in Rome from 11 to 21 August. The available media accreditation categories are reserved for press agencies, radio, photographers, television, newspapers and magazines, websites, freelancers and press federations of aquatic disciplines.

The deadline for accreditation is Friday 15 July 2022.

The European Aquatics Championships return to Italy, and to Rome, after the 1983 edition. The historic venue of the Foro Italico Swimming Stadium also hosted the 1960 Olympic Games, the 1994 and 2009 World Championships and the 2021 European Junior Swimming Championships.

The continental event, which will host 1,500 athletes from around 50 nations, will put 231 medals up for grabs in the 77 finals of the following disciplines: swimming, synchronised swimming, open water swimming, diving and high diving.

RAI, host broadcaster of the event, will offer over 100 hours of production for live television and streaming of each competition, plus multiple in-depth reports for the estimated 200 million viewers.
