"On behalf of the Italian Swimming Federation and of the Organizing Committee I welcome all the people present here. I want to thank LEN for entrusting us this event, which we are honored and proud to host at the Centro Federale di Ostia, a facility which is the flagship of FIN. I welcome the athletes, the technical staff and the representatives of the 14 Federations, the referees and the audience, who we hope will come with more and more pleasure in the days to come. I wish You all good work and enjoy the event".
