From Tenerife to 51st Trofeo Settecolli. The dive is brief with a view on the European Championships in Berlin. From 13 to 15 June Stadio del Nuoto in Rome will give hospitality to the most important and prestigious event of Swimming in Italy. On blocks there will be several National and International champions and during the next days we will give you very delightful news about them. In the meantime, the National technical staff sent out notices. On the blocks there will be 43 Azzurri; some of them are still in the hunt of the European pass. The competitions will be broadcasted on Rai Sport and the tickets to attend the afternoon sessions are already available.
We take the opportunity to remind you that the deadline for application to become volunteer and be a protagonist at Settecolli is very close. The deadline is 25 May 2014.

“At 51st Trofeo Settecolli we will present a very numerous National Team, composed by all the athletes qualified in the European Championships in Berlin, except Andrea Mitchell D'Arrigo who, at the same time, will be involved in a meeting in Santa Clara (California) in United States. In addition, we convened the athletes trained in the Federal Centres to give continuity to the high level projects and the athletes who will participate in the second edition of Youth Olympic Games will be in National Team. Trofeo Settecolli represents an important step closer to the Summer International events and is the last selection test to complete the National Teams (European Absolute and Youth and Youth Olympic Games, ndr). We expect excellent performances from all the convened athletes and first of all from who aspires to obtain an International pass. The participation of the international athletes is numerous and of quality and this will give our swimmers the opportunity to match the best European and World specialists”.
