A record edition! Trofeo Settecolli – Clear is 51 years old and will be celebrated by 679 athletes (364 men and 315 women) involved in 1863 competitions. Considerable numbers with a very significant international value considering 228 foreign registered swimmers. The competitions will be held from 13 to 15 June in Stadio del Nuoto, already a theatre for European Championships in 1983 and World Championships in 1994 and 2009. The preliminary heats will start at 09:00. The Friday and Saturday finals will start at 18:30 and on Sunday at 17:00. They will be broadcasted live on Rai Sport 2. This year the Trofeo Settecolli – Clear will be also dedicated to water polo not only to swimming. The competitions of Friday will finish with the friendly luxury match between vice Olympic champions of Italian team and the World champions of Hungary. The match will start at 21:00 (free admission) and will be broadcasted on a delayed basis on Rai Sport 2 on Saturday at 20:30. During the interval between the second and third time, FIN will give a prize to the Olympic champions Setterosa, who ten years ago in Athens conquered the historical gold medal winning against the Greek landladies.
