MICHAEL ANDREW 
He was born in Aberdeen (South Dakota) on 18th April 1999. With South-African origins, the American athlete, specialized in all the swimming styles, is a prodigious child since his first age: at the junior competitions he set more than 100 records (both national and international). At the Youth World Championships in Singapore 2015 he wins five medals (gold in 50m-backstroke, silver in 50m-freestyle, 50m-butterfly and in 4x100m-freestyle, and bronze in 4x100m-medley) and  further medals in Indianapolis 2017 (gold in 50m-backstroke, 50m-freestyle, 50m-butterfly, bronze in 50m and 100m-breaststroke). At the World Championships in Hangzhou 2018 in short course he wins four times (4x50m-freestyle, 4x100m-medley, 4x50m-freestyle medley and in 4x50m-medley) and ranks second in 4x50m-medley. At the age of 14 years, he becomes the youngest American athlete of history to start a professional carrier. His mother is his manager and masseuse, his father is his trainer and his sister is his training companion.

PERNILLE BLUME 
Pernille Blume was born in Copenhagen on 14th May 1994. She starts swimming at the age of four years. She is a surprise at the Rio Olympic Games: one gold in 50m-freestyle and one bronze in 4x100m-medley. She shines at the World Championships in Doha 2014 in short course setting the World record in 4x50m-medley. Always in Doha, she wins the gold medal in 4x100m-medley and one bronze in 4x50m-freestyle. She wins also at the European Championships in Berlin in 4x100m-medley, while at the World Championships in Budapest she wins the bronze medal in 100m-freestyle. Last year at Sette Colli breaks, for the first time in her carrier, the time of 24 seconds (23"92) setting the event record in 50m-freestyle. At the European Championships in Glasgow she ranks second in 50m-freestyle, improving her personal time in semifinal (23"75) and in 4x100m-medley, and she ranks third in 4x100m-freestyle. Very active on social media, she often poses as model.

FEDERICO BURDISSO
Federico Burdisso was born in Pavia on 20th September 2001. He is a member of Tiro a Volo Nuoto in Rome. Last year at Sette Colli he ranks third in 100m-butterfly, behind Le Clos and Guy. He debuts at international level at the European Championships in Glasgow 2018 winning the bronze medal in 200m-butterfly, after his repêchage in final. One month after, at the Youth Olympic Games, he wins three bronze medals: in 100m and 200m-butterfly and 4x100m-freestyle. He holds the Italian record (1'54"64) in 200m-butterfly, set on 2nd April 2019 at the Absolute Championships in Riccione, obtaining the qualification for the World Championships in Gwangju. He gives up the juniores European Championships in programme on 3rd to 7th July to improve his performance before this important event. He trains in Great Britain where he studies maths, economics and physics, and in Italy. After obtaining the high school diploma, he moves to USA to study engineering at Chicago University.

MARTINA CARRARO 
Martina Carraro is an Italian specialista in speed breaststroke. She was born in Genova on 21st June 1993. She trains in Bologna with the federal technician Fabrizio Bastelli. She debuts in the international swimming in 2009 at the junior European Championships in Praga. She debuts among the "stars" at the World Championships in Rome, and she wins the silver medal in 50m-breaststroke on december at the Gymnasiadi in Doha. In 2010, Martina participates in Youth Olympic Games in Singapore, ranking second in 50m-breaststroke. She comes back to the international medals in 2015, winning the bronze in 50m-breaststroke at the Universiadi in Gwangju, with 30"89 setting the Italuan record. At the Spring Absolute Championships in 2016, she wins in 100m-breaststroke with 1'06"41 and qualifies for the Games in Rio. 2018 is her gold year: at the Mediteranean Games in Terragona she wins the silver in 50m-breaststroke with 31"33, and in the same distance she wins the bronze in Hangzhou in China at the World Championships in short course. Her first individual international medal is accompanied by the National record of 29"59. She is the first Italian woman to break the time of 30". Martina is linked to Fabio Scozzoli, breaststroke specialist of the Italian National team.

PIERO CODIA 
He was born in Trieste on 22nd October 1989. He starts swimming at the age of five years following his older sister. Trained by Alessandro D'Alessandro, he is a butterfly specialist. He holds the Italian record in 50m-butterfly (23"21), set at the World Championships in Barcelona 2013. He wins his first International medal at the European Championships in Debrecen 2012, gold in 4x100m-medley relay. In the same year, at the European Championships in Herning (Denmark) in short course, he ranks second in 4x50m-medley. At the Mediterranean Games 2018 in Terragona, he shines in 100m-butterfly and wins one bronze in 50m-butterfly. Always in 2018, he is a star at the European Championships in Glasgow, he wins a great gold in 100m-butterfly in eight line, setting the Italian record (50"64). The pool of Foro Italico in Rome is his favourite one. He loves passing time with his friends. He loves spaghetti with prawns. He is a fan of motorcycling and Valentino Rossi. His reference point in Swimming is the phenomenon Michael Phelps.
