The magic scenario of Stadio del Nuoto at Foro Italico will open for the show of the champions of 56th Sette Colli at one month before the World Championships 2019 in Gwangju. In the magic Olympic pool in 1960-then World pool in 1994 and 2009 and European pool in 1983-more than 500 swimmers from Italian and foreign Clubs, from 39 countries, will face. From Italy several athletes stars at the European Championships in long course in Glasgow and at the World Championships in short course in Hangzhou. For some of them the Sette Colli is the last event for the qualification to the World Championships in Gwangju 2019.
Together the Italian athletes, on blocks several swimmers from Albania, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Kyrgyzstan, Liechtenstein, Lituania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Russia, Senegal, Serbia, Seychelles, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland,Turkey, Ukraine, Uruguay, USA.
The event level is ensured thanks to the participation of foreign and Italian champions and Italian swimmers qualified to participate in the Absolute Italian Championships or winners of individual medals in juniores or second division categories at the Youth National Criteria 2019. 

TROFEO MARIO SAINI 
On the base of all the competition results of Trofeo Sette Colli, a rank will be drawn up for country, to definitively assign the Trofeo dedicated to Mario Saini, with the following rules:
-in each race the following scores will be assigned to the first six athletes: 7 points to 1°, 5 points to 2°, 4 points to 3°, 3 points to 4°, 2 points to 5° and 1 point to 6° ranked athlete; in case of tie the points will be divided between the athletes; 
-to each athlete all the set points will be validated;
-for each country the swimmers with the highest scores are considered to a maximum of 5 athletes (including both men and women);
-the Trofeo "Mario Saini" will be assigned to the first ranked country  considering the sum of points for each classified athlete;
-if the winner is Italy, the Trofeo will be assigned to the Society with the highest score in the final rank.

AWARDS 
Medals to the first three classified athletes in each race, including the two finals reserved to athletes of F I N P (Federazione Italiana Nuoto Paralimpica), the following awards will be assigned: 500 euro to the first classified, 300 euro to the second, 200 euro to the third. Each event record broken in final will be awarded with 500 euro. 
For the best athletes the following awards: 1° 7500 euro, 2° 5500, 3° 4500, 4° 3500, 5° 3000, 6° 2600, 7° 2450, 8° 2400, 9° 2 300, 10° 2250. The prize money of the event is 90000 Euro.
