Entry Deadlines

The final date for Online Registration Entries and on time entries to be received by the Organising Committee is:


After the above-said date, the Organising Committee will only accept mail and e-mail entries which will be considered as “late entries”.
A penalty fees of 55 Euro extra per entry competitor must be enclosed.

Late Entries
Late Entries can be forwarded and received by the Organising Committee by email till saturday 4th of September 2004. After the above-said date, the Organising Committee will only accept entries directly at the accreditation center in Viareggio.

ILS Affiliation
All competitors must be registered with an ILS Full Member Federation and provide proof with a declaration of membership and a registration card released by their Federation.

Entry checklist For an entry to be accepted by the Organising Committee the following forms, validation, photos and fees must be forwarded to the Championships Office.

• Every competitor entering the Championships must complete the relevant individual entry form in all of his parts.
• Every team entering the Championships must have it’s Team manager to complete the relevant team registration form.
• Every person entering the Championships must attach two password sized photographs, with their name printed on the rear.
• Every person entering the Championships must attach a photocopy of an official document, i.e. passport, driver licence, or birth certificate showing the competitor’s birth date.
• Both competitors, team managers, coaches must attach a declaration of membership and a registration card released by their Federation.
• If the payment method chosen is the Bank Transfert, a photocopy of the receipt, showing the name of the competitors must be attached.
