Accommodation for participants:
First and Main ILS Hotel
The ILS main and central hotel will be the Principe di Piemonte Hotel. This four star superior hotel is located on the promenade just behind the competition and meeting venue areas. Nearly all 110 rooms face the sea and the competition venue. The hotel is fully renovated in 2003 and will open its doors in early 2004.
The Principe di Piemonte Hotel, located in a building dating back to 1940, offers 110 guest rooms. All of them are elegantly furnished in style and supplied with all modern comforts. Every room has a color TV, telephone, mini-bar and safe deposit box. Guests can enjoy a bar, restaurant, hair salon, lift, solarium, terrace and whirlpool. The hotel has modern equipped meeting rooms for up to 150 persons.The hotel accepts all major credit cards.
Second ILS Hotel
The second hotel that will be used for ILS is Hotel Excelsior. The hotel is also a four star hotel and located opposite the street of the Hotel Pricipe di Piemonte. FIN-S also agreed that ILS will define who will be accommodated in this hotel.
CAVMARE s.r.l. is the Official Ground Operator appointed for the coordination and provision of accommodation for all participants of Rescue 2004.

Confirmation of accommodation after receiving a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
The remaining 70% should be withdrawned not later than 01.09.2004.
Once we received a deposit of 30% we will communicate the name of the hotel with all the necessary details.
The payment can be done in two ways:
- By credit card with the necessary details like : full names, credit card number and type (visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc...), expire date. A payment by credit card implies an additional cost of 2%.

The adjacent cities (Torre del Lago, Lido di Camaiore, Marina di Pietrasanta) offer also a multitude of hotels. In a zone of 15 km from the competition venue, over 2.000 hotels are at the disposal of the participants. There are also many camping places available in Viareggio and neighbourhood.
Only those participants who book through the official ground handler CAVMARE will be used the benefits package:
- Full day circular shuttle: hotel/sport village/hotel;
- Personal Insurance;
- Personal card: it allows to obtain discounts in most of Viareggio shops and services;
- Transportation (only for national teams) between official airports (Pisa, Firenze, Genova) and hotels and v.v.;
- Assistance in official hotels and on the venues;
- Free admittance to all social activities managed by Organising Committee.

CAVMARE got approximately 30 gran tourism coaches, autobus 16/8 seats, 2 coaches of 28 seats and various cars with and without chauffeur. Cars are availeble under request for short and long period with price to arrange. The prices above-mentioned are intended per one transfer, are in Euro and including VAT.
A 25% extra fee is fixed for trasfert form h.21.00 to h.07.00.
An extra fee of € 18 per hour wait is fixed.
